Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1 business day of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with any Silver Sea purchase, we will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of order purchase date.  All items returned (or exchanged, of applicable) must not have been worn, washed, or altered. They must have no visible signs of use, including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.  All tags must still be on the item and returned in original packaging.  For underwear specifically, the hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached and each pair returned in its original unopened polybag.

Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment.

Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.

There is a 5% processing fee for returns. 

Note that for exchanges, there is a $5 processing fee, but Silver Sea will pay for the return label to send your item back. 

180 Day Money Back Guarantee

Investing in your health and sustainability is a big step. It's our goal to make the highest quality apparel and ensure that our customers are incredibly happy with their experience with us. As part of our aim to make you the happiest customer, we offer a 180 day money back guarantee. If you have worn and used your Silver Sea Apparel within 180 days of receiving your order and are not satisfied, you can return the product(s) for a full product refund. Depending on the scenario, we may suggest additional options but at the end of the day if you are not satisfied, we will provide a full product refund on your order. Note that this does not include the original shipping costs nor the return shipping fees. 

This guarantee does not apply to product dissatisfactions due to improper handling of the apparel. This includes not following care instructions and issues that could have been addressed when first receiving and trying on the apparel. For instance, this does not apply to wrong size or fit, feel of the fabric, or other issues covered under our 30-day return policy. 

Our 30-day return policy allows you to exchange or return items under the premise that you have not worn or washed the apparel and items must be returned in original packaging. The 180 day money back guarantee allows you to wear and wash the clothes and make proper use of them.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping or we can send you a pre-paid label and deduct that amount from your final product refund.
