Ethical Manufacturing In The U.S.A.

Ethical & Transparent Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Ensuring an ethical and transparent manufacturing practice and supply chain is key to our holistic and sustainable approach.

We only partner with suppliers and manufacturers that practice fair and ethical standards.

Given that we manufacture all our products in the U.S.A. you can feel 100% confident that our partners are paying their employees a living wage to work in safe conditions, employment is freely chosen, children are not subjected to unlawful labor, and employees are not discriminated against.

A Focus On Premium Quality

We seek to produce apparel that is of the highest quality and we don't take any shortcuts here.

Manufacturing in the U.S.A means that our partners are subject to laws and regulations that do not exist in Southeast Asia, where the vast majority of brands manufacture their activewear.

As a result, you can feel 100% confident that you're getting the highest quality apparel made in an ethical, healthy, and sustainable environment.

Certifications

We make every effort to use the best materials on the market. We prioritize materials that are sustainably made, plant-based, toxin-free, and embody all the qualities needed for the particular piece of apparel they're being used to make.

Tencel Lyocell is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.

Our fabric mill, located in the U.S.A. used Bluesign certified dyes in our apparel and is also OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and GOTS certified. Each of these certifications get renewed either annually or every 2-3 years.

Our bio-based spandex/elastane has received eco-product certification from Standard Global Services (SGS) guaranteeing that the material is made with plant-based materials and produced in a harmless and eco-friendly environment.

Additional Third Party Testing

Our Materials

Learn More About Our Materials & Their Certifications

TENCEL™ Lyocell

  • TENCEL™ Lyocell is the primary material we currently use for our sports bras, shirts, and tanks

  • TENCEL™ Lyocell are certified biodegradable, meaning they can fully revert back to nature in a relatively short period of time depending on the environment. Compared to plastics and synthetic materials like polyester and nylon, which can take hundreds of years to biodegrade, this is a key difference along with the fact that TENCEL™ Lyocell is plant-based verses derived from petrochemicals

  • We also test all our products using a third party for hundreds of harmful toxins to ensure your activewear is free of harmful toxins

Regen Bio-Based Spandex/Elastane

  • Many activewear products like sports bras require stretch to ensure comfort, proper support, and versatility. While the majority of brands are still producing activewear from synthetic materials like polyester or nylon, there are brands that are taking a more sustainable and health conscious approach like Silver Sea

  • One of the areas in which we differentiate amongst genuine health conscious and sustainably minded brands is with the use of Regen bio-based spandex/elastane, which recently came to market and is derived from biomass

  • Our bio-based spandex/elastane has received eco-product certification from Standard Global Services (SGS) guaranteeing that the material is made with plant-based materials and produced in a harmless and eco-friendly environment.

Dyes & Finishing

  • We use Bluesign certified dyes in our products to ensure that you avoid harmful toxins and minimize pollution during the textile production phase

  • The dyeing and finishing stage of textile production often produces significant pollution as lots of chemicals are typically used to achieve color vibrancy, functionality like water-resistance, anti-bacterial properties, and more. Our apparel is made with materials that are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and dyes that are Bluesign certified
